The electroplating line at C. Hübner GmbH is one of the most modern in Germany. Its functionality and clock cycles are highly-optimised and are adapted to suit the products our customers demand. The composition of the electrolytes in particular is documented and monitored precisely.

Exhaust washers to keep the ambient air clean handle 40,000 m3 of air per hour. Following a complex process, the totally cleaned air is released back into the environment.

Filtration. During filtration, the copper bath, like all other baths, is freed from foreign bodies. The filtration performance is 60,000 l per hours, removing outside air bodies up to 1 µ in size.

Rinsing baths. The large number of rinsing baths minimises the amount of waste water and the load in it leading to environmentally-friendly production.

Transport vehicles. Eight transport vehicles are loaded with goods. An optimised programme control ensures the best possible cycle time for the transport vehicles.

Framework. The in-house framework department meets the needs of our customers and their products individually and flexibly.
